If you were trying to view a website and clicked on a link sent to you through email, then please follow the below steps:

1. Return to the email and highlight the entire URL with your mouse. Make sure you highlight the complete URL, even if it is on two lines.
   
2. Next, after the URL is highlighted, either right mouse click and select copy or hit CONTROL-C.
   
3. Next, open a browser and in the URL bar (not Google or Yahoo search field/bar) right mouse click and hit paste or hit CONTROL-V. This will paste the URL into the URL bar.
   
4. Next, simply hit enter and the site will load.
